Privacy Policy

When you submit a rental request, retainer inquiry, or delivery-zone address lookup, Rise Rentals may collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, mobile phone number, job-site address, requested delivery and return times, rental package, access notes, and request type.

When you use the delivery-zone address lookup, the address you enter is used to estimate your delivery zone and is not stored beyond the request unless you submit a rental request.

By checking the consent box on the request form, you agree to receive transactional and informational SMS text messages and calls from Rise Rentals LLC about your rental request. Message frequency varies. Message types include rental request confirmation, delivery scheduling, job-site access updates, and pickup reminders. Standard message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or call 704-594-3153.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. SMS consent is not a condition of any purchase, and no payment is taken through this website.

We use the information you submit to review your request, confirm availability, confirm delivery timing, calculate an estimated total, and contact you about your rental. We do not use this site to take payment or to confirm a booking automatically.

Rental requests are submitted to our customer relationship management (CRM) tracking system so our team can review and follow up. Address lookups use a third-party geocoding service to estimate your delivery zone. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

This site may use standard browser cookies or analytics to understand how pages are used and to improve the experience. We do not use advertising cookies to track you across other websites.

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, destruction, loss, alteration, or disclosure. Rental request data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and accessed only by authorized personnel to manage your rental request.

Request information is retained for as long as needed to review your request, confirm your rental, and handle any follow-up. You may contact us to ask about the information we hold or to request correction.

You are not required to submit a request to use the public pages of this site. You may call us directly instead of submitting a form. If you submit a request, you can ask us to correct or update your contact details.

This site is intended for adults requesting equipment rental for job sites. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this privacy policy as our practices change. The date below shows when it was last reviewed.
