By using this website or submitting a rental request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit a request.

Submitting a rental request, ASAP delivery request, or retainer inquiry through this site is a request for review only. A request does not reserve equipment, confirm availability, lock in a delivery time, or create a confirmed booking.

Every request must be confirmed by Rise Rentals before it becomes a booking. Rise Rentals confirms availability, address, timing, and the final total. No payment is taken through this website.

Rental rates are $200 per day, $400 per week, and $700 per calendar month. Round-trip delivery and retrieval is priced by zone. ASAP delivery adds $300 to the round-trip delivery fee and does not change the rental rate.

Any estimate shown before submission is an estimate only. The final total is confirmed by Rise Rentals before a booking is made.

Rise Rentals handles delivery and retrieval of the lift to your job site. Customer pickup is not available.

Standard requests require at least 24 hours' notice. Delivery and retrieval are scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern Time.

An ASAP delivery request receives priority review. ASAP adds $300 to the round-trip delivery fee and does not change the rental rate. ASAP requests still require confirmation by Rise Rentals and do not guarantee availability or a specific arrival time until confirmed.

A retainer inquiry is a request for a quote only. No retainer fee, contract duration, or terms are set until details are confirmed by Rise Rentals.

Rise Rentals currently operates one Genie GS-1930 scissor lift. This website does not provide live, real-time inventory. Availability is confirmed by Rise Rentals when your request is reviewed.

This website does not take payment. No checkout, credit card, or automatic charge is presented. Payment, if any, is arranged separately and confirmed by Rise Rentals.

The delivery-zone address lookup provides an estimated zone and delivery cost based on the address you enter. If an address cannot be resolved or falls outside the configured zones, the zone and delivery price are marked as pending review and confirmed by Rise Rentals.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and job-site information. Rise Rentals is not responsible for delays or errors caused by inaccurate or incomplete request details.

This site is provided to help you request a scissor lift rental. Rise Rentals is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of this site or the submission of a request. Equipment use, once delivered, is subject to separate confirmation and instructions from Rise Rentals.

We may update these terms as our services change. The date below shows when they were last reviewed.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website, submit a rental request, or agree to receive text messages. By using this site or checking the SMS consent box, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

By checking the consent box on the request form, you agree to receive transactional and informational SMS text messages and calls from Rise Rentals LLC about your rental request. Message frequency varies. Message types include rental request confirmation, delivery scheduling, job-site access updates, and pickup reminders. Standard message and data rates may apply.

To cancel, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or call 704-594-3153. SMS consent is not a condition of any purchase, and no payment is taken through this website. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages caused by your carrier.
